A: Yes. Any tenant on 6-month or 12-month leases are entitled to 2 weeks of unpaid vacation per lease term. Tenant must, notify the lessor at least 2 weeks in advance and vacationhas to be of at least 3 consecutive non-working days
A: Yes, long-term renters (3 months or more) can customize their suites. However, daily, weekly, and booth renters are not allowed to make any modifications.
A: To reserve a suite or booth you must sign a lease, pay the first week's/month's rent and security deposit, and you'll receive the keys to your new suite.
A: Your deposit is refundable within 30 days after your lease ends, provided that:
• The suite is returned in its original condition.
• All keys and access devices are returned.
• All outstanding rent and fees are paid.
• If you terminate your lease early, the deposit is only refundable if the Lessor does not comply with the lease terms and you provide a 24-hour notice.
A: You will be charged a late fee.
• A late fee of $15 per day applies after a 2-day grace period.
• If rent is unpaid for 7 days, you will be locked out of your suite.
• If rent is unpaid for 14 days, an eviction notice will be issued, and all belongings will be removed.
